To buy shares, you have to apply quote for the stock you want to buy. If there is a seller at a price less than or equal to the price you quoted, you will be given the shares provided you have enough money in your account for that transaction. Otherwise, that quote will be stored as pending quote. And, whenever someone applies quote for selling at a price less than or equal to the price you quoted, transaction will take place (even if you are logged out of your account) provided you have enough money at that time.
Precautions :
Quote price * number of shares + 100 greater than or equal to your current balance.

Sell shares
You can apply your quote to sell shares from here. Quote once applied cannot be removed. Only shares you own are displayed here.
To sell shares, you have to apply quote for the stock you want to sell. Number of shares should be less than or equal to that shown in your portfolio (Shares already quoted for selling must be subtracted). If there is a buyer at a price greater than or equal to the price you quoted, your shares will be sold provided buyer have enough money in
his/her account for that transaction. Otherwise, your selling quote will be stored as pending quote. And, whenever someone applies quote for buying at a price greater than
or equal to the price you quoted, transaction will take place (even if you are logged out of your account) provided buyer have enough money at that time for the transaction.

Number of shares must not exceed your current holdings taken into account the applied quotes.
